IRS
Section 44 (2003 ADA Tax Credit)

of fewer than 30 employees or a business with less than $1
million in gross receipts to be eligible for a maximum credit
of $5,000 to acquire or modify equipment or devices for individuals
with a disability. Compared to traditional testing in a sound
booth, the Otogram™ allows accessibility for disabled
patients
1) in a wheelchair
2) with claustrophobia
3) with a hearing loss (by reading testing instructions and
patient survey on the screen)
4) with limited use of hands or arms (by using an oral stylus).
